used Johnny Grip on Tub or Shower
I received the product in a timely fashion. I applied it as directed but it did not seem to have any effect on the surface of the tub (cast iron). It as left considerable white "chalky" powder when dried (this may be typical). I was disappointed but it may work differently on something other than cast iron. I did not try and contact the company to find out why it did not work.

Our resort had a problem with slippers shower floors even though we had tiles that were recommended for shower floors. Johnny Grip completely solved the problem. It is easy to use and does not change the look of the tile, nor does it make it difficult to keep the floor clean. It simply makes it a non-slip floor. I highly recommend this product.

Not sure why the people in the other reviews left the product on for so long. I left mine on for 10 minutes and it worked just fine, I guess each tile is different.

It's been month's since I've used your product. The jury is still out. Maybe I didn't leave it on long enough because it is still slippery on occasion. We are in our 70's. We have to be careful. I was afraid leaving it on too long would take too much of the finish away.

I used this product on outdoor patio tiles which were dangerously slippery. The results are good, with no visible discoloration to these light-colored tiles. There is discernable traction underfoot in place of slipping and sliding. Johnny Grip does however have a strong, sulfur-like smell, and I would not use it indoors without ventilation
